How do we work?

Andrea Ottaviano, our executive Chef and founder of Da Matti Street Food with Federica Primofiore, has a very clear and  idea of ​​his cuisine.
- It offers fish sandwiches by elaborating main courses by combining the ingredients with a perfect balance between them.
- Their goal is precisely to create a high-level of sensory experience but through a more Street formula: a sandwich!

Why are our sandwhices so special?

Each sandwich is made of the main ingredient (protein), a sauce and a crunchy part.
Removing an ingredient would mean breaking down the flavor and balance of the sandwich itself.
For example, removing the bacon would mean removing the crunchiness and salinity of the whole sandwich.

Why don't we accept changes to our sandwhices?

Behind each sandwiches there are long preparation times that involve a certain processing of the fish through specific cooking techniques a maintenance of raw materials. Each sandwich is toasted for about 60 seconds.
Octopus is boiled for 60 minutes. 
Salmon is marinated from 24 to 36 hours.

Why booking a table is important?

For groups of more than 8 people we apply a minimum charge of € 25.

Why pre-order in advance?

We kindly ask for the pre-order of the sandwiches to avoid long lines in front of the shop and shorten waiting times.

 

How?
 
1. Send your order of sandwiches and side dishes to 379 1802668.
2. Come to us and complete the order with the drinks inside the restaurant.
3. Make a  payment and we will give you a people finder.
Choose a table in the garden. 
When it will rings you will come back to the desk and collect the complete order.
